- A1 Dispatch King provides load searching, booking, negotiation, paperwork, and related dispatch support for auto hauler drivers and carriers.
- We act as a dispatching service only and are not a motor carrier, broker, or freight forwarder.
- All transportation is performed by you (the carrier), and you remain responsible for operating under your own MC/DOT authority, insurance, and safety compliance.
2️⃣ Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your truck, equipment, insurance, and operating authority.
- Maintain proper licensing, permits, and insurance coverage.
- Notify us promptly of any schedule changes, delays, or issues during a load.
- Review and confirm rate agreements before accepting a load.
3️⃣ Payments & Fees
- Dispatch service fees will be agreed upon in writing before service begins.
- Payment terms and invoicing may vary depending on your chosen plan or per-load arrangement.
- You are responsible for payment of all carrier-related expenses, including fuel, tolls, and insurance.
4️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds
- Either party may terminate dispatch services with reasonable notice, as stated in our service agreement.
- Fees for loads already booked or processed are non-refundable.
5️⃣ Liability Disclaimer
- A1 Dispatch King is not responsible for cargo loss, damage, delays, or accidents during transport.
- We are not liable for broker or shipper payment disputes, but we will assist you in resolving them when possible.
6️⃣ Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy and keep your business information confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to complete bookings.
7️⃣ Website Use
- You agree not to misuse or attempt to harm our website, server, or systems.
- All website content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by A1 Dispatch King and may not be copied without written consent.
8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1 Dispatch King shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.
